My birth package includes:
Generous text and call support throughout pregnancy
Two virtual prenatal visits where we will cover birth preferences, advocacy techniques, feeding and postpartum planning etc.
One in person prenatal visit to review comfort measures techniques
Ongoing non-medical physical and emotional support through labor
Two postpartum visit where we debrief your birth, and support with feeding
Individual resources/support/referral list
Hybrid childbirth education classes included!

Daytime Postpartum Support & Overnight Postpartum Support
Feeding Support: Helps with feeding (breastmilk, formula or combo), pumping, bottle preparation, and washing pump parts.
Infant Care: Supports with feeding, napping, bath and baby care as needed.
Parent Recovery: Monitoring physical healing and support with emotional needs.
Household Management: Can support with baby laundry, tidying nurseries, and anything that will help lighten your daily load.
Daytime support costs $55 an hour, overnight support for 8 hours costs $60
